Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse with Ohio licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification current and active.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and work-related auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervise Home Health Aides every 60 days.
• Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards.
• Conduct pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
