Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking an LPN to join an expansion team in Eastern Ohio. This supervisory, per-visit role sits alongside another job and does not replace full-time work.

You will complete supervisory visits, open visits, and pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates, with compensation per visit and per task. Mileage is reimbursed; an iPad with data plan is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct regular supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
