Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. seeks an LPN to join as a supervisory role in a brand-new Eastern Ohio territory. You will complete open visits and supervisory visits every 60 days, collect accurate documentation, and conduct pre-employment testing for aides.

This is a per-visit role with variable hours, designed to complement another job rather than replace it. Mileage is reimbursed, with an iPad provided for work-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program; hold Ohio LPN license.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, CPR certification, and pass background/skills tests.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervisory visits every 60 days.
• Collect documentation according to agency standards.
• Conduct pre-employment skills and written tests.
• Provide mileage-reimbursed travel to client homes.
