Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is growing its Eastern Ohio expansion and seeks an LPN to support new client development. This is a per-visit role, not a guaranteed hourly position, built to complement an existing job.

You will supervise aides, perform tests, and handle documentation while traveling to client homes across multiple counties. The role emphasizes a flexible, part-time schedule with minimal initial hours and potential growth as the client base increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervise Home Health Aides every 60 days.
• Conduct pre-employment skills tests and written tests for aides.
• Collect documentation and maintain regulatory-compliant records.

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
