Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of assignment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits and Oasis visits for home health staff.
• Prepare and review weekly clinician schedules for capacity and productivity.
• Pair clinicians with appropriate geographies and care needs.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and reassign visits as needed.
• Communicate with patients, clinicians, and referral sources to ensure timely care.
