Qualifications

• Current, active nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) in the state of assignment.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.
• Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits and assist coordination of patient care.
• Prepare weekly clinician schedules and review capacity to meet productivity standards.
• Assign clinicians efficiently by geography and match skills to care needs.
• Schedule missed visits or refer to Clinical Manager for resolution.
• Communicate with patients and field staff to resolve scheduling issues.
