Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator - Clinical to schedule home visits and coordinate patient care. Under the Clinical Manager, you’ll ensure efficient use of resources to maximize care center capacity and productivity.

Responsibilities include creating clinician schedules, optimizing geography-based assignments, handling scheduling inquiries, and supporting transfer of patients between centers. A licensed clinician may provide direct care in emergencies.

Competenze

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.

Mansioni

• Schedule patient assessment visits and Oasis visits.
• Prepare weekly clinician schedules and monitor capacity and productivity.
• Coordinate clinician assignments and optimize care delivery.
• Handle scheduling-related calls from patients and field staff.
• Assist with intake and referral processes when needed.
