Qualifikationen

• Current, active LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of assignment.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by the business.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Aufgaben

• Schedules patient assessment visits including Oasis visits in a timely manner.
• Prepares weekly clinician schedules and reviews capacity daily.
• Ensures clinicians are assigned efficiently to maximize capacity and minimize travel.
• Manages scheduling issues by handling calls from patients and staff.
• Collaborates with field clinicians to ensure visits are completed as ordered.
• Supports transfer of patients between care centers and hospice services as needed.
• May provide direct patient care only in emergencies if licensed.
