Job summary

Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN for private duty pediatric care in Latrobe, PA. This one‑on‑one role provides overnight, part‑time nursing to an 8‑year‑old boy, focusing on comfort, safety and family‑centered care.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, g‑tube care, vitals monitoring, medication administration, and clear communication with family and care team. CPR is required; PA license active. Join a supportive team that values quiet, quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active PA LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification on file.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday | 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
