Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for an 8-year-old male child in Latrobe, PA. This part-time overnight role offers one-on-one pediatric care and a chance to build meaningful connections in a home setting.

Requirements include PA LPN or RN license, CPR, 6+ months nursing experience, and reliable transportation. Schedule: Tue-Wed 12:00 AM–6:00 AM with weekly pay and oriented training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Caring, independent attitude and pediatric focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
