Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-to-one pediatric private duty nursing for an 8-year-old girl in New Florence, PA. This part-time overnight role runs Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, delivering safe, personalized care in a home setting.

You will monitor vitals, manage g-tube feedings, trach/vent care, seizures, and diabetes devices while coordinating with the family and care team to ensure high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or RN)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification is required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Caring, independent mindset with pediatric passion

Responsibilities
