Job summary

Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN for pediatric private duty in Perryopolis, PA. Work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with weekends available.

Provide 1:1 care for a 9-year-old girl, focusing on safety, comfort and family-centered support in a home setting. Requirements include an active PA LPN (or RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.

What You'll Do
