Community Care, Inc. in Johnstown, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN for one-on-one pediatric private duty care with a 19-year-old male client. Full-time day or evening shifts, weekends available, focused on high-quality, family-centered care in a home setting.

Join a supportive team with paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical support. LPN or RN license in PA, CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform g-tube care/feedings/aspiration precautions
• Monitor seizures
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
