Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty pediatric nursing for a 15-month-old child in Latrobe, PA. This full-time overnight role runs Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, in a home setting.

Requirements include PA LPN/RN license, nursing program graduate, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Strong pediatric focus and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform G-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Trach/vent care/monitoring.
• Administer oxygen.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
