Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN (or RN) for pediatric private duty nursing in Charleroi, PA. This 1:1 role is part-time with day shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, offering meaningful, family-centered care in a home setting.

You will provide activities of daily living support, g-tube care, seizure and vitals monitoring, and safe medication administration, while coordinating with the care team and the child’s family to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide g-tube care/feeds.
