Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for an 8-year-old boy in Jeannette, PA. This full-time, day-shift role offers structured hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, and a supportive home-care setting.

You will assist with ADLs, care for G-tube and feedings, administer medications, and coordinate with the family and care team to deliver family-centered care. A valid PA LPN or RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
