Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for a 12-year-old male child in Charleroi, PA. Part-time day shift, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

The role emphasizes ADLs, g-tube care, seizure and vitals monitoring, medication administration, and clear communication with the family.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
