Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in West Mifflin, PA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty role. This full-time day shift provides one-on-one care for a 7-year-old boy, with schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The LPN will perform ADLs, G-tube care, weekly subcutaneous injections, administer medications, and coordinate with the family and care team to ensure safe, compassionate pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Administer subcutaneous injections weekly.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
