Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents’ health during evening hours (7pm–11pm, Monday–Friday). You will provide direct nursing care and collaborate with a dedicated care team.

This role emphasizes patient care, documentation, and teamwork in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment across our Upstate network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery; maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
