Job summary

Patewood Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role at our Greenville, SC facility. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to support residents' health and well-being.

We offer competitive pay ($27-$32/hour) with a $3/hour weekend shift differential, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement within the Upstate network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
