Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, along with gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a structured, supportive environment with on‑site leadership available 24/7, making this an excellent place for nurses who value teamwork, accessibility, and organization.
