Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to coordinate and oversee the nursing staff in alignment with EverTrue quality standards and state, federal regulations. The role emphasizes planning, implementing, and evaluating resident-centered care within a compliant framework.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance evaluations, policy maintenance, infection control management, and leading in-service training.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in state of practice.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ years’ experience in a Long-Term Care environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to make independent decisions and understand long-term care regulations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates and monitors daily activities of nursing staff.
• Maintains documentation, assessments, and reports for the department.
• Plans and participates in staff meetings and department planning.
• Maintains policies, procedures, and infection control oversight.
• Leads training and orientation for new staff and ongoing education.
• Ensures safety, equipment use, and adherence to regulations.
