Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing service staff and supervise CNAs.
• Review and update care plans and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
