Lutheran Senior Services seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate resident care in a senior living setting. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized plans, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, blood products, port access, and maintaining thorough documentation in the EMR. CPR certification and a BSN are preferred, with a focus on gerontological nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Specialized training or experience in gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within licensure scope and in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans.
• Perform IV procedures, blood administration, and port access as licensed.
• Administer medications and monitor IV fluids and therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and MDS as applicable.
