Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN) in Missouri to coordinate daily nursing activities and ensure resident-centered care. You will work with the Nursing department director to implement plans, monitor quality, and maintain infection control.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year LTC supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of regulations and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in state of practice.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ years' experience working in a Long-Term Care environment.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and LTC regulations.
• Must have ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors the daily activities of the nursing staff.
• Maintains written policies and procedures for day-to-day functions.
• Participates in infection control and quality assurance programs.
• Oversees stock of medications, supplies and equipment; ensures readiness.
• Provides leadership training for charge nurses and staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and state/federal laws.
