Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South seeks a dedicated LPN to join our direct care team on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with part-time and weekend options. PRN opportunities available for experienced nurses.

You will administer medications, provide wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in the state as an LPN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
