Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care. Positions include Full Time 2nd Shift, Part Time 3rd Shift, and Weekends Only 2nd Shift, with PRN accepted for experienced candidates.

You will administer medications, provide wound/skin care, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers to ensure comprehensive care. Strong team leadership and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work in this state as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable meds.
• Wound care: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitor health: observe physical and mental status, track changes, analyze data.
• Clinical procedures: catheter/ostomy care, collect specimens.
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: plan care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status records and care progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:
