Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for direct care. Part-time 2nd shift options are available, with PRN opportunities for experienced caregivers and weekend differential pay.

We provide skilled nursing to people recently discharged from hospital who need therapy and to residents in long-term care. Join us to support residents, collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers, and contribute to a compassionate, stable team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license to practice in the state.
• Experience with direct care and long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Perform wound care and skin care; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor residents' health, track changes and analyze data.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
