Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings in Maryland. You will build relationships with residents and families, document conditions in the EMR, and adjust care plans as needs evolve.

The role emphasizes timely medication administration, collaboration with RNs, and leadership of care associates while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse license required or active in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify provider when needed.
• Update care plans as conditions change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
