Job summary
Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will document findings, update care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident well-being.
The role requires Maryland LPN licensure and CPR certification, with 1+ year of relevant experience. Compensation is $32.00 per hour with evening/night shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed by the State of Maryland as an LPN.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care within the neighborhood following nursing standards and policies.
- Supervise and support care associates.
- Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
- Assess residents' conditions and document findings in the EMR.
- Collaborate with RN and healthcare providers to adjust care plans.
