Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will support residents, document in the EMR, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires Maryland LPN licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of related experience. Evening and night shifts provide additional differential earnings within a caring, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident welfare.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in care needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
