Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric nursing for a 19-year-old male in Ebensburg, PA. You will support daily living activities, monitor health needs, and deliver safe, personalized care in the home setting.

This full-time day shift offers weekly pay, paid orientation, PTO, 401(k), disability and life insurance, 24/7 clinical support, and a supportive team dedicated to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
