Job summary
Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our internal staffing team, RMCare Talent Solutions, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across our care settings. Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with assessments and care planning.
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
