Job summary

RMCare Talent Solutions, the internal staffing team for Rocky Mountain Care, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible opportunities across our communities in Murray, UT. Earn $38-$40 per hour with shift differentials and create your own schedule with FT, PT, and PRN options.

Position offers 4, 8, 10 & 12-hour shifts across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Hospice settings. Join a team that values residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license in practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Food Handler Permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
