Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our internal talent solutions team across our Utah communities. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $38-$40 per hour, and shift differentials that reward night and weekend work.

As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, document in EMRs, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to support resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Utah.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or home health a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
