Job summary
RMCare Talent Solutions, the internal staffing team for Rocky Mountain Care, seeks an LPN to provide direct patient care across multiple settings in Murray, UT. Earn $38.00-$40.00 per hour with shift differentials, with FT, PT and PRN opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN license required.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Assist with assessments and care planning
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment
