Job summary

RMCare Talent Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal staffing team servicing Rocky Mountain Care communities in Utah. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team.

We offer flexible scheduling, full-time/part-time/PRN opportunities, and competitive pay of $38–$40 per hour with shift differentials. LPN license and CPR are required; prior LTC/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as an LPN in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care and/or home health/hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records; collaborate with care teams.
