Job summary
Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join the internal staffing team at RMCare Talent Solutions in Murray, UT. Earn $38.00-$40.00 per hour with shift differentials and flexible scheduling across our communities.
Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities available. Work in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health or Hospice settings with opportunities to grow your experience.
Qualifications
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice is preferred but not required.
- Food Handler Permit as required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Assist with assessments and care planning
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment
