Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for RMCare Talent Solutions in Murray, UT. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN hours with in-person work and shift flexibility.

Expect pay between $38.00 and $40.00 per hour, with benefits including health and vision coverage and an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care. The team collaborates across physicians and RNs to deliver high-quality care, while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality documentation

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and active LPN license.
• Current CPR certification and ability to obtain state许可.
• Experience in long-term care or home health is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
