Job summary
Rocky Mountain Care Group through RMCare Talent Solutions in Murray, UT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The position offers $38.00-$40.00 per hour with shift differentials and flexible scheduling across multiple communities.
You will provide direct patient care, administer meds, monitor vitals, assist with assessments, and document care in EMR. Valid LPN license, CPR/BLS, and driver’s license required; LTC/home health experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN license.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with assessments and care planning.
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
