Job summary
RMCare Talent Solutions is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct patient care across Rocky Mountain Care communities in Murray, UT. Work schedules include full-time, part-time, and PRN options with night and weekend differentials, and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Earn $38.00-$40.00 per hour with competitive benefits and opportunities to gain experience across multiple care settings.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN license.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with assessments and care planning.
- Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Educate residents, patients, and families on care plans and treatments.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
