Job summary

Eagle Health & Rehab in Statesboro, GA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support high-quality clinical outcomes.

The position offers starting pay in the $28.49–$31.40 per hour range, weekly pay, and benefits including health and dental coverage, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Experience delivering nursing care in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN
