Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts in Georgia. Starting pay ranges from $26.25 to $29.50 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, administer meds, monitor residents, and maintain care plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA) or eligibility.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
