Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the care team to administer medications, monitor residents, and support the care plans.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Pay: $28.49 to $31.40

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
