Chelsey Park Health & Rehab in Dahlonega, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care. You’ll collaborate with RNs and CNAs to implement care plans, monitor residents, and document activities accurately.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
