Four County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to administer medications, monitor conditions, document care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Active LPN license (GA) or eligible

• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required

Starting Pay: $28.49 to $31.40/hour

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
