Job summary

Archway Transitional Care in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekly pay and a strong emphasis on compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.

Your Impact as an LPN

What You Bring
