Job summary

Newnan Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking an LPN to join a compassionate, patient-focused team delivering high-quality care. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure residents receive attentive, respectful nursing services.

Starting pay ranges from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN
