CHSGa in Georgia is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered care team in a long‑term care setting. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary group to deliver high-quality nursing care and maintain residents’ well‑being.

Starting pay ranges from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive mix of benefits to support your life and career.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
