Job summary

Eagle Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
